After a tire change (at a Harley dealer) I noticed the rear brake dragging to a point where the disk turned blue. At home, I lifted the bike up to check on this and noticed that it was hard to turn the rear tire by hand, although not impossible. The bike went back to the dealer, where the brake cylinder was cleaned out and the fluid changed. I picked the bike up as 'fixed' only to notice that it is still doing the same thing. I left it there and was told that a new cylinder would be installed. After 4 nice sunny days without my bike, I finally had it in my possession again. The drag was reduced but it is still not running free. I can turn it with one hand but, compared to the front wheel, it is still dragging a little. The disk still gets hot, not like it was before but, without using the rear brake, it it will get way to hot to touch by just driving a few 100 feet. I am at my 10000 KM and already on my 2nd set of brake pads.
Anyone has the same problem and knows of a solution to this? TX

obviously something is misaligned..measure the distance between the rim and swing arm on each side ..did they replace the blued rotor.....is the axle nut too tight binding the bearings

Epic Dealer FAIL.
Take it back. Glad nothing bad happened, or that you got hurt.
